How to Make a Complaint
Last updated: October 2026
Myfxcess Concrete wants to treat everyone fairly. If something went wrong, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what happens next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
What You Can Tell Us About
You can contact us about:
- Your experience when you called or messaged Myfxcess Concrete
- How your personal information was handled
- Content on this site that seems unclear or wrong
- The conduct of a provider we connected you with
Problems With a Provider
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one is responsible for its own estimates, prices, workmanship and customer service. If you have a problem with work at your home, first raise it with the provider directly. Keep a written record.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep our network honest. Providers who keep falling short may be removed. Know this, though: Myfxcess Concrete cannot settle contract disputes, refund money you paid a provider or act for a provider.
How to File
Email contact@myfxcess.online. Please include:
- Your name and how to reach you
- The date you contacted us or the provider
- The number you called or the form you used, if you remember
- The provider's name, if you know it
- A short account of what happened and what you want us to do
What Happens Next
We confirm by email that we got your complaint. This usually takes a few business days. We then look into what happened. That may include contacting the provider. After that, we reply with what we found and any steps we plan to take.
If You Are Still Unhappy
If our answer does not settle things, reply and ask us to look again. You can also reach out to your state consumer protection office or attorney general. Your local Better Business Bureau is another option. For a licensed provider, your state's contractor licensing board may be able to help.
