Myfxcess Concrete is a referral service. We connect homeowners with independent providers for new concrete driveways and patios. We are not an employer. There are no jobs on a payroll here. You stay your own boss and run your own business.

If you want more homeowner calls for new work, this may be a fit. Call volume varies by area and season. We cannot promise any set number of leads or jobs.

Who We Are Looking For

We want independent contractors who pour and finish residential concrete. That includes:

• Driveway installs and replacements
• Walks, pads and other concrete flatwork (flat slabs)
• Stamped concrete patios and decorative finishes

You should serve homeowners in Chester Heights or the Chester Heights area. Experience with cold-climate work helps. Freeze-thaw cycles, snowmelt and older homes with stone or block foundations call for care.

What We Expect

• Honest talk. Explain your process and pricing in plain words.
• Proper credentials. Hold the licenses and insurance your area requires, and share proof when a homeowner asks.
• Written quotes. Put scope and price on paper.
• Respect for the homeowner. No pressure and no surprise add-ons.
• Quality work. A good base, good drainage and clean finishing protect the home and its value.
• Clear roles. You do the work and you answer for it. Myfxcess Concrete only makes the introduction.

We look for new project calls. This service does not route repair or complaint calls.
